HOW TO APPLY
You may apply to the Stepping Stones Program with a substance abuse assessment dated within the last 3 months. If you do not have a current assessment, our councelors can offer you guidance regarding places to obtain one. Once your assessment has been reviewed, you will be contacted by a staff member of Stepping Stones. You may be placed on a wait list. If this is the case, we ask that you contact us weekly to check in. While you are waiting we ask that you obtain some medical information that is required prior to you entering the program. You will need to have a TB test, physical, and STD clearance. Your children will need to have a physical, shot records and TB test. All of these things can be faxed to us. If you are coming to Stepping Stones from out of the Anchorage area, Stepping Stones will coordinate your travel with your referring agency. Intakes are scheduled Monday thru Friday at 4:30pm.
